Temad and Vitex announce today the launch in Romania of the strategic partnership between the two companies, regarding the takeover of the client portfolio, the product distribution activity, the provision of all services and technical support by  ;Temad. The new business model is focused on satisfying customer requirements by increasing the quality of services, in the construction and landscaping market in Romania, where the two companies operate.
Established in 1994,Temad has become a leading supplier of auxiliary materials for construction and industry, having a solid logistics base with 13 regional warehouses and a sales force of over 100 people. The most famous international brands distributed by Temad are: Bison, WD-40, Dupli-Color, Motip, Kapro, Mellerud, Uhu, Klingspor, to which are added 6 own brands: Protek – protective equipment, Stark Fix – Fixing systems , Swordflex – Abrasives, Rino – Adhesives and sealants, StarkBohrer – Drills, Termico – fiberglass mesh and accessories. Temad’s success lies in offering a complete package of reliable solutions: high quality products, prompt delivery, technical consulting and marketing services.
With a turnover of 34 million euros in 2017, Temad proposes a 5% increase for 2018 and together with Vitex sales it will exceed 37 million euros. < /p>
The new sales structure Temad now includes 2 divisions:
- Construction and Development
- Paints and Accessories
The sales force Vitex is part, starting from March 2018, of the new Paints and Accessories Division of Temad, to which new colleagues will be added during the year to cover all geographic areas.
The over 70 Sales Representatives of the Construction and Development Division of Temad will develop the distribution network of Vitex in the sales channels where they activate.
An important benefit for customers is that they will now have a single supplier – Temad, for all product categories previously purchased from Vitex and  ;Temad, to which are added consultative sales services, consulting d.p.d.v. technical and efficient distribution.
