An ingenious idea for the old-fashioned porcelain set

Give new life to your old, empty, heirloom dinner service by turning it into a vintage cookie stand! SHOPPING LIST:

1 tube Bison Max Repair

3 or 4 plates (various sizes and shapes)

3 or 4 glasses/cups (various sizes and shapes)

Tip: Flea markets offer a variety of old china and glassware. You can choose what you like with a very low budget. This allows you to make your own decorative designs or try your hand at creating your own Bison inspired cake stand. Choose different or matching colors for an excellent result.

STEP BY STEP WORK PLAN

STEP 1

Sort the plates and glasses you want to make your Bison-inspired cake stand.

Make sure everything is clean. Now place them together “dry” (without glue), overlapping in the desired shape. This is how you create your first proper composition, playing with several possible variations. Remember that we will be working in the center of the plates and cups, so make sure they make perfect contact.

Tip: Make sure the plates, cups and glasses are dry. Glass, in particular, can allow condensation to form depending on the weather, and this is not preferable. It is better to stick dry products.

STEP 2

Place all the components in the correct order, from bottom to top. Carefully read the instructions on the adhesive package Bison Max Repair.

Start from the bottom of the decorative support. If the first item is a mug or glass, place it upside down and apply Bison Max Repair to the bottom of the mug or glass.

STEP 3

Place the first item (mug) and the second item (plate) on top of each other and press firmly.

Tip: Be sure to always position them in the center. You can make position corrections in a maximum of 5 minutes after applying the adhesive. The time may be shorter if you have applied a small amount of glue.

STEP 4

Apply glue to the top edge of the next glass/mug. Glue the item upside down on the center of the previously glued plate.

Tip: Don’t forget to center all components!

STEP 5

Continue level by level as described above. Always check that you have placed the cups or glasses in the center of the plates. The last level must be a plate.

STEP 6

After the drying time stated on the packaging of approximately 24 hours, your support decor inspired by Bison is ready to use!

Decorate it with some delicious cakes and… your guests will be delighted!
