The BISON story begins in 1938, when Dutchman Cornelis van de Reepe from Holland founded the company Perfecta Chemie, known today as BISON. Along with other well-known brands such as UHU, Griffon and Bostik, BISON joined the Bolton Group in the 1990s, and in 2012, these brands were brought together under the umbrella of Bolton Adhesives.
