S.C. TEMAD CO S.R.L, based in the municipality of Brașov, Șos. Christian no. 12, Braşov county, runs, starting on May 30, 2014, the “Value through performance” project, financed by the European Regional Development Fund, based on the financing contract signed with The Ministry of European Funds, designated as the Management Authority for the Operational Program Increasing Economic Competitiveness, through the Agency for Regional Development Center.
The total value of the project is 296,211.20 lei, of which non-refundable financial assistance is 167,216.00 lei consisting of: the value non-refundable eligible amount financed from the ERDF – 143,805.76 lei and the eligible non-refundable amount financed from the budget national – 23,410.24 lei.
The project is implemented in the Brașov municipality for a duration of 6 months.
The objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness and value of TEMAD CO as a result of the implementation of the recommendations provided by an evaluation of the company against the background of the assumption of a new human resources strategy to support sales and marketing.
