For the 4th consecutive year, WD-40 Company is organizing the “Repair Challenge” in Romania. Fix it and win!” – a global awareness campaign on the destructive effects of waste on the planet and which emphasizes repair, reconditioning and reuse.
In a world of consumerism, when all that matters is new, the waste and waste we produce has reached alarming levels. That is why there is an increasing need to pay attention to the choices we make at work and at home. Starting from this idea, WD-40 launched the challenge “Repair Challenge. Fix and win!” also offering the opportunity to win attractive prizes. Through this campaign – contest, WD-40 aims to highlight the importance of proper maintenance and repair of tools, objects and equipment, instead of filling our cellars and sheds with scraps or throwing them in the trash and buying new ones.
Whether you are a DIY enthusiast or a professional working in the automotive industry, gardening – agriculture, the military, manufacturing facilities or other fields, WD-40 invites you to join the waste reduction movement and to be more responsible with resources and the planet.

From March 26 to June 17, 2024, submit photos and/or videos of your repair or refurbishment projects and stand a chance to win a range of attractive and useful prizes including a MacBook laptop and an iPhone 15. In addition, at the end of each month of the WD-40 contest by Temad CO SRL will award a prize consisting of 2 subscriptions to the Untold festival, a robot suction or a technical cabinet equipped with tools.
