OncoHelp Charity Run – 2022 Edition
From its very first edition, the OncoHelp Charity Run was designed as a sporting and charitable event promoting two important aspects of our lives: the first highlights the importance of integrating sports into our daily routine, while the second focuses on the emotional satisfaction derived from participating in such an event that offers the opportunity to help people battling cancer.
The OncoHelp Charity Run is a sporting event with a strong philanthropic focus. This year’s goal was to raise the necessary funds to purchase five chemotherapy chairs (totaling 32,500 RON) to equip a new space designed and arranged to expand the area allocated for day hospitalization. In the “Day Hospitalization” program, chemotherapy treatments are administered to cancer patients.
The OncoHelp Association supports the daily operations of the OncoHelp Oncology Center and promotes projects that prioritize the development of medical services. Keeping up with advancements in cancer diagnosis and treatment is crucial, and it is equally important for the center to always be able to respond positively to the needs of cancer patients (unfortunately, the incidence of cancer continues to rise).
Temad supported this year’s Charity Run as a sponsor and stands alongside the OncoHelp Association, consistently providing support for its projects.
