Motip Putty for aluminum  is a two-component polyester filling putty consisting of a mixture of polyester resins with a medium level of elasticity, highly reactive, pre-accelerated amino resins with various minerals and various compounds ecological and with aluminum pigments. STEP 1

The surface to be repaired must be cleaned of rust, dry and degreased. It is recommended that the area to be repaired be sanded beforehand.    

 
STEP 2

Apply the mixed material in a layer of the desired thickness to the damaged surface and wait for it to harden.

STEP 3

After the material has hardened, sand the surface first with an abrasive roller with a higher grit, then with a smaller grit.

STEP 4

Paint the surface with DUPLI-COLOR Zinc Spray.
