A new modern warehouse for increased efficiency
The first major investment consists in the construction of a new state-of-the-art logistics warehouse, located in Brașov, with an area of over 7,000 square meters. The total value of the investment is 5 million euros. This investment, made by Madex, part of the Temad group, will increase our ability to meet customer requests and respond promptly to market needs.
The new warehouse has been designed to provide efficient storage solutions so that we can successfully manage the growing volume of products and deliver orders to customers in a fast and reliable way. It will allow a greater volume of products to be stocked, improving inventory management and product availability for customers, thus reducing delivery times. The new warehouse will be equipped with the latest storage and handling technologies, ensuring top operational efficiency.

Artificial Intelligence: The Future of Inventory Management
In parallel with the development of the physical infrastructure, Temad is taking important steps in digitization, by deciding to integrate AI (artificial intelligence) into its operational programs, already implementing a new software, based on artificial intelligence, for inventory management. This innovative software will enable more accurate demand forecasting, inventory optimization and operational cost reduction.
Also, by using AI, we will be able to analyze data faster, adapt more easily to changes in the market and offer personalized and efficient solutions to our customers. This investment will help us to be more agile and strengthen our leading position in this sector.
