Recognition for Performance and Strategy
Deloitte Best Managed Companies is an international program that evaluates and recognizes private companies excelling in strategy, resources and innovation, culture and engagement, governance, and financial performance. In the third edition of the program in Romania, over 30 companies entered the competition, but only six received certification. Additionally, 14 companies from previous editions were re-certified, demonstrating the continuity of their performance.
Andrei Burz-Pînzaru, Partner at Deloitte and leader of Deloitte Private in Romania, highlighted the importance of this program:
“In this edition, 30 companies participated in the workshop phase, but only six received the Best Managed Companies certification. In total, the 20 certified and re-certified companies have a combined turnover of 2.7 billion euros and employ over 9,200 people.”
